Milton, Founding Director of Hastwell has designed, implemented and managed enterprise networks and security systems for a large number of customers – he’s an engineer at heart. His primary goal is to evolve and continually nurture relationships with our customers, vendors, and partners supporting the team to solve our customers’ business and technical challenges. Milton also serves on the board, providing governance, accountability and strategic direction to Hastwell.

He holds a Master’s Degree in Management (IT) from CSU and has studied with the Australian Centre for Business Growth.

As a Director of Hastwell, Start provides executive guidance and facilitates operational accountability. With a strong focus on technical capability, solution architecture and innovation, Stuart also provides guidance and mentorship to our technical teams.

Having worked previously in corporate and consultancy roles, Stuart has experience across a range of enterprise, Government & defence industries, backed by 20 years of technical knowledge in the design, implementation and support of ICT networks & cyber security.

Stuart holds a Master’s Degree in Management (IT) and is a graduate of both the Australian Institute of Company Directors (AICD) and the Australian Centre for Business Growth (ACBG). He also maintains IT technical competencies with a number of industry certifications from companies such as Palo Alto Networks, Cisco and VMware.

Shawn is responsible for the leadership, growth and strategy of the business. This accountability extends further into the day-to-day operation at Hastwell across all business functions including Technical Delivery, Service Delivery, Finance, Sales, HR and Administration. With over 20 years of experience working in IT within small, medium and large businesses, he has gained long-lasting relationships with clients and industry professionals.

Shawn is a graduate of both the Australian Institute of Company Directors (AICD) and the Australian Centre for Business Growth (ACBG) and is passionate about building teams and empowering people to grow and achieve their best, creating a positive and welcoming work environment that feels like home.

As the Operations Manager at Hastwell, Rob is responsible for the overall performance of the Operations Team. Rob is here to ensure that our customers receive the very best service available. This means that projects are devliered on-time and on-budget, that our staff augmentation arrangements provide the utmost skillset and team alignment, and that our managed services ensure the most well-maintained and stable systems for their users. Rob’s background was initially technical, having served as a Systems Engineer in Defence. He has then expanded on this, having served in various technical management roles since 2007.

Kaisa is the Finance and Administration Officer at Hastwell. She’s responsible for all financial functions and financial reporting in the business along with a range of administration duties.

Kasia has years of experience in both finance and administration coupled with a Master of Finance and a range of other certifications in Accounting and Business Administration.

Shaun is a network engineer and instructor with a combined 10 years of corporate-based experience in LAN, WAN & network security, including the design and implementation of complex unified communication solutions. Since completing his degree at the University of Qingdao, Shaun has furthered his skills and knowledge base with additional IT industry certifications while working in the industry for the past ten years. Shaun is one of a few network engineers in South Australia to be qualified as a Cisco Certified Internetwork Expert (CCIE).

Kevin is a talented Network Engineer with extensive hands-on experience across Fortinet, Palo Alto (PCNSA), Cisco Meraki, HP Aruba and more. Backed by a Bachelor of Networking and Cyber Security along with PCNSA and CCNA certifications, he combines strong technical know-how with a calm, solutions-focused approach.

Customers appreciate Kevin’s ability to simplify complex problems and deliver reliable, secure outcomes that keep their networks running smoothly. Known around the office for his quirky sense of humour and love of fresh produce, Kevin brings both capability and character to the team.

Anmol is not only the best-dressed Network Engineer you’ll find, he also has a broad range of technical skillsets aimed at helping our customers be successful in diverse technologies. He has a strong passion for networking, developed during his studies, and holds certifications across Cisco, Fortinet and ITIL as well as a Masters in IT. Anmol has led network projects including firewall migrations, network security audits, and within data center management.

New to Australia, Lincy brings with her much experience in India and Kuwait.

She’s a passionate Network and Security engineer who has worked in large corporations with high levels of governance and complexity.

She holds a masters in technology (network engineering) and a bachelor of technology (computer sciene and engineering) along with a host of vendor based certifications including Cisco CISSP, Cisco CCNP, Palo Alto PCNSA and Fortinet NSE4.
