Kaisa is the Finance and Administration Officer at Hastwell. She’s responsible for all financial functions and financial reporting in the business along with a range of administration duties.

Kasia has years of experience in both finance and administration coupled with a Master of Finance and a range of other certifications in Accounting and Business Administration.

Mark works closely with customers to understand their business needs, then uplift these with thought leadership and design of impeccable technical solutions. He has an outstanding reputation in the industry with over a decade of experience as a Solution Architect and vCIO in the Adelaide and Melbourne markets. He holds a range of certifications across Nutanix, Cisco, Lenovo, Dell and more as well as strong collaborative relationships with a range of vendors and distributors.

Shaun is a network engineer and instructor with a combined 10 years of corporate-based experience in LAN, WAN & network security, including the design and implementation of complex unified communication solutions. Since completing his degree at the University of Qingdao, Shaun has furthered his skills and knowledge base with additional IT industry certifications while working in the industry for the past ten years. Shaun is one of a few network engineers in South Australia to be qualified as a Cisco Certified Internetwork Expert (CCIE).

Serving as an Internal Sales Representative, Ricardo is the friendly voice on the other end of the phone who is working hard with our distributors and customers to provide rapid and accurate procurement services.

As the Operations Manager at Hastwell, Rob is responsible for the overall performance of the Operations Team. Rob is here to ensure that our customers receive the very best service available. This means that projects are devliered on-time and on-budget, that our staff augmentation arrangements provide the utmost skillset and team alignment, and that our managed services ensure the most well-maintained and stable systems for their users. Rob’s background was initially technical, having served as a Systems Engineer in Defence. He has then expanded on this, having served in various technical management roles since 2007.

Denzil recently arrived in Australia from London and brought with him over 20 years of experience in Networking and in leading technical teams. As a Senior Network Engineer at Hastwell he provides a range of expertise to our customers in both Networking and Networking Security as well as serving as a mentor to other engineers at Hastwell. Denzil holds a BSc (Hons) in Physics from Imperial College London and multiple certifications, including PCNSA, NSE4 and CCNP. He also has extensive experience across a range of our vendors including Aruba, Fortinet, Cisco, Meraki and Palo.

Joining us all the way from Namibia, Burkhard’s early IT career found him providing services as a systems engineer. He has complimented that in recent years with a high-level skillsets in Networking, Security and Voice. Burkhard’s experience spans many of the technologies from vendors we support including Cisco, Meraki, Palo Alto, Fortinet, Aruba. His focus at Hastwell as a Senior Network Engineer is to provide specialist technical services and advice to our customers to help them realise their business goals.

Anmol is not only the best-dressed Network Engineer you’ll find, he also has a broad range of technical skillsets aimed at helping our customers be successful in diverse technologies. He has a strong passion for networking, developed during his studies, and holds certifications across Cisco, Fortinet and ITIL as well as a Masters in IT. Anmol has led network projects including firewall migrations, network security audits, and within data center management.

Have you noticed your systems have kept operating seamlessly? Sean might just be the person to thank. As our Network Administrator, Sean is responsible for ensuring the ongoing operation of our clients systems. This includes monitoring, triage and resolution of incidents as well as fulfilling requests for technology assistance. Sean holds a Bachelor of Information Technology (Network and Security), CompTIA A+ and has completed the CCNA course material. He comes from a hospitality industry where customer service is at the forefront of his responsibilities and it’s no surprise that he exhibits outstanding care for our customers which he combines with strong technical understanding to help customers address the challenges where they depend on Hastwell.

As the first point of contact, Rahul is responsible for monitoring Hastwell’s customer environments, providing proactive and reactive support as well as owning triage and initial triage and troubleshooting for customer issues. Rahul has significant certifications in the Cisco space including CCIE and CISSP and Bachelor of Technology and couples this with experience in Cisco UC and security environments.
